Park Features
Suncrest Mobile Home Park I and Suncrest Mobile Home Park II are all-age manufactured home communities.
Suncrest I was built in 1984, and has a total of 179 spaces. Suncrest II was built in 1985 and has a total of 177 spaces.
The base rent is $825 per month for NEW rentals (effective 8/1/2025, rate may change without notice, call the office for the latest information).
There is a $50 non-refundable Application Fee for each applicant age 18 (and over) wishing to apply to the park. Application forms may be obtained by visiting our office.
A security deposit is not required.
Our streets are well lit with patio lanterns in front of each home. We have a Courtesy Patrol for each park. We are a member of the Peoria Crime Free Multi-Housing Program.
