Our all-age park is a wonderful place to live and has many amenities. Conveniently located to nearby shopping centers, schools, and recreational areas like Lake Pleasant.

Park Features
Suncrest Mobile Home Park I and Suncrest Mobile Home Park II are all-age manufactured home communities.
Suncrest I was built in 1984, and has a total of 179 spaces. Suncrest II was built in 1985 and has a total of 177 spaces.
The base rent is $600 per month. (updated 12/08/2023, rate may change without notice, call the office for the latest information).
There is a $35 non-refundable Application Fee for each applicant over the age of 18 wishing to apply to the park. Application forms may be obtained by visiting our office.
Security deposit is required and is equal to the amount of lot rent.
Our streets are well lit with patio lanterns in front of each home. We have on-site Managers and a Courtesy Patrol for each park. We are a member of the Peoria Crime Free Multi-Housing Program.

Amenities
Both parks feature a large Clubhouse that can accommodate up to 145 people. Inside each Clubhouse is a full kitchen.
The Suncrest I Clubhouse features a Television, Game table and a nice reading area for tenants use. There are two regulation Billiards Tables in the billiard room and an Exercise room.
The Suncrest II Clubhouse features a Television and a DVD Player for tenants use. There are several books to read or borrow and a nice reading area for tenant use. There is one regulation sized Billiard Table in the Billiard Room and a Card Table for anyone interested in a game of cards! There is also an Exercise room.
The Clubhouse may be rented short-term for tenant events such as wedding receptions. Commercial rental of the clubhouse is NOT available.
Both parks have a large well-maintained swimming pool that is open year-round.
New amenities coming soon…Pickle ball, shade structures and corn hole.
PETS
We often get questions about pets. They are allowed in our Park as long as they follow our Rules & Regulations: One (1) medium size dog not to exceed thirty-five (35) pounds and sixteen (16) inches high at the shoulder when full grown is allowed per home.
In the alternative, two (2) dogs and/or house cats are allowed. Dogs may not exceed fifteen (15) pounds and twelve (12) inches height at the shoulder when full grown. Details may be found in the Rules and Regulations of the Park.
There is a thirty five dollar ($35.00) monthly charge for each pet. Larger pets are not permitted. Pet fees do not apply to service animals.
