Enjoy our LOW space rental rates, and quality living. Suncrest Mobile Home Park I and Suncrest Mobile Home Park II are 4-star parks located in beautiful Peoria, Arizona.

Our all-age park is a wonderful place to live, and has many amenities. Conveniently located to nearby shopping centers, schools, and recreational areas like Lake Pleasant.

Park Features

Suncrest Mobile Home Park I and Suncrest Mobile Home Park II are all-age manufactured home communities.

Suncrest I was built in 1984, and has a total of 180 spaces. Suncrest II was built in 1985 and has 177 spaces.

The base rent ranges from $309 to $344 per month (the rent varies due to the location of the space in the park, and if it is a single or double-wide space).

There is a $30 non-refundable Application Fee for each adult wishing to apply to the park.

Our streets are well lit with patio lanterns in front of each home. We have on-site Managers and a Courtesy Patrol for each park. We are a member of the Peoria Crime Free Multi-Housing Program.

Amenities

Both parks feature a large Clubhouse that can accommodate up to 145 people. Inside each Clubhouse is a full kitchen. The Home Owners Association from Suncrest I and Suncrest II prepare many Holiday Meals for tenants as well as their own Pot Luck Dinners. Bingo, Coffee & Donuts, as well as other special occasions are held in the Suncrest I Clubhouse. Suncrest II offers Pot Luck Dinners, a Penny Sale once a month, and Quilter and Craft hobbyist meetings (functions vary, so please check with the manager for the latest information).

The Suncrest I Clubhouse features a Piano, Television, Game table and a nice reading area for tenants use. There are two regulation Pool Tables in the pool room; an Exercise room next to the Pool Room. Cox Cable TV is available for tenants to view in the SI Clubhouse and in the Pool Room and Exercise Room.

The Suncrest II Clubhouse features a Television and a DVD Player for tenants use. There are several books to read or borrow and a nice reading area for tenant use. There is one regulation sized Pool Table in the Pool Roomand a Card Table for anyone interested in a game of cards! There is an Exercise room next to the Pool Room. Cox Cable TV is available for tenants to view in the SCII Clubhouse.

The Clubhouse may be rented for tenant events such as wedding receptions (no alcohol or smoking is allowed). Commercial rental of the clubhouse is NOT available.

Both parks have a large well-maintained swimming pool that is open year round.

Both parks have a basketball court for the children. In addition to the basketball court, Suncrest II has swings, teeter-totter and a large sand play box area.

PETS

We often get questions about pets. They are allowed in our Park as long as they follow our Rules & Regulations: One (1) medium size dog not to exceed thirty-five (35) pounds and sixteen (16) inches high at the shoulder when full grown is allowed per home.

In the alternative, two (2) small dogs and/or house cats are allowed. Small dogs may not exceed fifteen (15) pounds and twelve (12) inches height at the shoulder when full grown.

Small dogs and/or house cats must remain inside the home at all times except when being transported into or out of the community. Under NO circumstances may a household have more than two (2) pets, or in the event of households with a medium size dog, one (1) pet.There is a five dollar ($5.00) monthly charge for each pet. Larger pets are not permitted. Pet fees do not apply to assistance animals utilized by handicapped tenants. A pet is here defined as a domestic dog or cat. Except for small birds or fish, other animals are prohibited.
